Freddie brings over 20 years of experience in the Multi-family industry and has held nearly every position from Leasing to CFO. She also currently serves as Treasurer for the MC Companies – Sharing the Good Life Foundation. She leads the Accounting and Admin teams and is not your average bear.

Katrina has worked in the field of property management accounting for 9 years and brings 38 years of experience in accounting with her. She is passionate about how the financials paint a picture. She devotedly leads the MC Companies property management accounting team.

VALERIE KRAAYENBRINK

CORPORATE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Valerie has over 25 years of experience in the Multi-family accounting industry, working in both property management and construction accounting. She loves the challenge of learning different types of accounting for other types of businesses that this company invest into.

ANDREA STANTON

PROPERTY ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Andi has worked in the real estate accounting for 18 years in various different roles. During this time, she has gained experience in acquisition accounting, corporate accounting, new client on-boarding, software/accounting training, and property financial statement preparation/analysis. She loves being part of a team that can accomplish goals set at the highest levels.

CHRISTAN HEINTZ

STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Christan brings almost 25 years of experience in the Multi-family industry starting as a leasing professional onsite. She is now our Accounting Generalist and handles all of our Renovations projects along with the accounting for several of our MC properties.

Jessica started in the multi-family industry as a leasing agent and has worked her way up to Jr. Accountant. She loves new challenges and faces them on with positive vibes.

KRISTIA LANGIEWICZ

STAFF ACCOUNTANT
 

Kristia brings 4 years of accounting experience into Mc Residential. She started as an accounts payable clerk and now is a junior accountant overseeing several properties.

DAVID CLARK

A/P & A/R CLERK
 

David Clark has been with MC Companies for eight years, and has held the role of leasing agent at several communities, as well as his most recent role of Move-Out Coordinator. With his years of Property Management and Yardi experience, he brings valuable knowledge and insight to the team.
